Fault Symptoms: Door operator's opening and closing speed becomes uncontrollable, resulting in runaway or emergency stop alarms (Er32).
Remedies:
Acceleration/Deceleration Optimization: The original acceleration/deceleration time setting was too short, causing sudden changes in motor speed and triggering protection. Increase the acceleration/deceleration time parameters.
Motor Self-Learning: Encoder parameters are corrupted, and motor angle data is lost. Re-execute the complete motor angle self-learning process.
Deviation Parameter Adjustment: Parameters F516 and F517 speed deviation threshold settings were too low. Appropriately increase the values to eliminate false speed alarms.
