Monarch NICE900 Door Operator Fault: Er19 Motor Tuning Timeout Fault

Fault Symptom: Upon power-up, motor tuning directly reports error Er19, and the motor does not rotate.

Step 1: Parameter Verification: Enter the parameter menu and verify the motor's rated current, number of poles, speed, and other parameters. Incorrect parameters are the root cause of 80% of errors.

Step 2: Hardware Circuit Check: Disconnect the power and open the door operator's junction box. Check for loose, damaged, or poorly connected three-phase motor leads.

Step 3: Encoder Check: Check if the synchronous encoder plug is firmly inserted. Verify that the pulses per revolution parameter in the driver matches the encoder nameplate.

Troubleshooting: After verifying all checks are correct, re-execute the motor tuning. After tuning is complete, the door width will be automatically learned.
