Check whether the elevator safety light curtain is firmly fixed on the equipment to be equipped, whether the emitter and receiver of the elevator light curtain sensor are in a plane, and the protective area bounded by the emitter and receiver should be a rectangle in the plane.
Check whether the emitter and receiver of the elevator safety light curtain and their respective cables are accurately assembled in place, and whether the cable terminals are accurately and firmly connected to the power supply and control unit.
Power on the elevator safety light curtain sensor, at this time the light curtain sensor begins to self-test, synchronization and self-calibration, about 1 second later, the emitter yellow indicator stable, the receiver indicator all off, indicating that the light curtain sensor into normal working condition.
Elevator safety light curtain sensor in the working state
1, when there is no intruding object in the protection area, the receiver of the sensor is in the light state, at this time the communication indicator of the receiver (red light) should go out, the transmitter indicator (yellow light) is lit, at this time press the work switch of the protected equipment, the equipment can operate normally.
2, when an object (not less than the minimum detectable body or resolution) invade the protection area, the receiver's red light will be lit (may be the receiver is in a blackout state, may also be the optical communication is blocked), at this time the protected equipment is controlled, in a forced stop state.
3, when the invasive object out of the protection area, the light curtain sensor will return to the 1 state, the device will continue to work, in the elevator safety light curtain sensor boot into the working state, the use of the diameter of the minimum detection body size of the test rod (or the same diameter opaque objects, vertical invasion of the protection area, respectively, according to the clockwise and counterclockwise direction in the protection area to do translational movement, at this time the light curtain sensor should always have red indicator light is lit, the controlled equipment can not work.
