When MONARCH Displays Fault Codes 05, 06, Or 07, How Should We Resolve Them?
Fault codes 05, 06, and 07 indicate overvoltage during acceleration, deceleration, or constant speed operation, meaning the bus voltage is too high.
Specific troubleshooting methods are as follows:
First, use a multimeter to measure the bus voltage and check if the positive and negative voltages at the inverter terminals are within the normal range.
Second, check the inverter's braking resistor to confirm its resistance value is normal; abnormal resistance can also cause this fault.
Third, check the inverter itself or the main control board. If either is damaged, the fault may appear immediately after power-on.
One additional point: This inverter supports both three-phase 380V and 220V input power, so make sure the input voltage setting is configured correctly.
