MONARCH Mainboard E51/E52 Troubleshooting Guide

When the MONARCH mainboard reports E51 or E52 (outbound call/car top communication failure), try the following simple and quick troubleshooting method:

Method: Peripheral "Relocation" Test

1. Remove the outbound call panel from one floor and take it to the equipment room.

2. Connect its communication cable directly to the corresponding outbound call communication terminal on the mainboard.

3. Power on and check if the E51 or E52 fault persists.

Alternatively:

1. Remove the car top panel and bring it back to the equipment room.

2. Connect the car top panel's communication cable directly to the corresponding interface on the mainboard.

3. Power on and check if the fault persists.

This method can quickly determine whether the problem is with the mainboard/equipment room wiring or with the outbound call panel or car top panel itself/external wiring, thus quickly narrowing down the troubleshooting scope.
