Monarch NICE900 Door Operator Fault Codes-Er19: Motor Tuning Timeout Fault

Symptom: An Er19 error occurs immediately upon attempting tuning after power-up; the motor does not move.
Comprehensive troubleshooting steps:
Verify parameters: Access the motor parameter group and confirm that the rated current, pole pairs, and rotational speed settings exactly match the motor's nameplate; incorrect parameters will cause tuning to fail at the very first step.
Check motor leads: Disconnect the motor terminals and inspect the three-phase wires for looseness, damaged insulation, or poor connections; a broken wire will directly result in a tuning timeout.
Check the encoder: Locate the rotary encoder connector at the rear of the motor, unplug and firmly reconnect it, and verify the "pulses per revolution" parameter; loose wiring or incorrect pulse settings will trigger the Er19 error.
After completing these checks, re-run the motor tuning process to clear the fault.
